A very negative experience. Our truck was stuck in the shop for over 15 days, with no clear communication regarding the repair timeline. In the end, the only certainty was a surprisingly high bill, disproportionate to the service received. A clear example of a lack of organization and transparency: we do not recommend this service to anyone looking for professionalism and timely delivery.

Great workshop! Recommended! I called them just last night to register a door on my Mercedes Actros (nothing serious that could affect road traffic) and they welcomed me almost immediately and registered the door in no time. 👍 Truly competent staff. 👍

We were traveling through the country with our Mercedes Vito (camping holiday) when we heard strange noises in the engine compartment. We immediately received a competent assessment at the workshop, and the warranty issue was also resolved. The entire team was very friendly. When the replacement parts arrived a few days later, they were installed quickly and properly, allowing us to continue our vacation with peace of mind! Thank you very much!

Good morning, I have serious doubts about the reliability of your service centers, and as far as I'm concerned, two of the centers that carry your logo. I purchased a 2004 Vito V w638 last November with the intention of getting it into acceptable condition for vacation travel. As soon as I purchased it, I took it to your service center in La Spezia, requesting a condition assessment and a quote. After 50 days of it sitting in the yard without anyone even trying to start it to move it to a bridge, despite my phone calls and weekly visits, for which the staff offered the most varied excuses, I took it away. With the help of friends, I did the most obvious things myself, mainly replacing mechanical parts. I then tried taking it to your Livorno center. After three weeks in the yard, they performed a diagnosis that took 10 hours of work. After this costly but necessary operation, they told me that, among other things, to fix the central locking problem, I needed to replace a door lock, which I subsequently did to no avail. They also told me that the noise I was hearing in the back was due to mechanical parts related to the discs and brake shoes, which I had done there. When I picked up the van, I was told that the noise was still there and that it was probably a bodywork problem. Well, I won't go into more detail, even though I could... I'll just let you know that I replaced the rear shock absorbers myself, which they deemed good after a thorough diagnosis costing €550 plus VAT, and the noise magically disappeared. In conclusion, I understand that the vehicle in question is old, but I believe it's dishonest to behave this way. Perhaps more qualified and less arrogant personnel would be sufficient. Best regards

I was in Italy last summer with my Sprinter campervan. When I arrived, several warning lights came on, the automatic transmission wouldn't shift properly, and the car was running at extremely high revs. Communication was difficult because the employees didn't speak English and I couldn't speak Italian. But Google Translate was able to help me in writing. In the end, the employees were very nice. Patient and competent. After some testing, a suspected replacement part had to be ordered from Rome. But luckily, the repair was completed without a new part and with a reset of the error log. Of course, you're not guaranteed that everything will run smoothly in the future, but you weren't ripped off. It cost 0 euros, and the employees spent at least 2 to 3 hours working on the vehicle. Unbelievable. In Germany, I pay Mercedes exorbitant amounts. I'm thrilled and would like to take this opportunity to thank all the employees again for saving my vacation. Thank you.
