Despite a small misunderstanding about the price for a key replacement, which was later clarified, and an incomplete text message inviting me to pick up the item (without even mentioning that the vehicle would need to be left there for at least two hours for coding), I was forced to leave the vehicle and return in the afternoon, and was given a small discount for the inconvenience. I appreciate the goodwill and am giving it 5 stars as a sign of encouragement because, for the inconvenience of returning twice, I believe I deserved a much more substantial discount.
