Despite a small misunderstanding about the price for a key replacement, which was later clarified, and an incomplete text message inviting me to pick up the item (without even mentioning that the vehicle would need to be left there for at least two hours for coding), I was forced to leave the vehicle and return in the afternoon, and was given a small discount for the inconvenience. I appreciate the goodwill and am giving it 5 stars as a sign of encouragement because, for the inconvenience of returning twice, I believe I deserved a much more substantial discount.

Professional, courteous, helpful, and very competent. They solved the problem quickly and stayed well beyond their usual working hours. We would definitely be their customers again. Riccardo and Andrea are truly rare people to find, and we thank all the staff at the workshop who waited on us and welcomed us.

The most competent workshop I've ever been to with my motorhome. They did everything they could to completely replace my brake pads within a very short time. The very pleasant atmosphere and excellent expertise will definitely make me come back if I have another technical problem.
