Avoid this garage at all costs! They are incredibly dishonest. I dropped off my car on Friday with a promise to pick it up by Tuesday at the latest. It was Wednesday, then maybe Thursday, then definitely Friday, and now it will probably be Monday. My car is still there. I will never set foot in that garage again. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I had appointments to keep, and I ended up in a situation that cost me a fortune. Choosing a reputable garage is essential these days. I didn't bother reading the terrible reviews on their profile; I never would have taken the risk if I had known. Choose efficiency and reliability, and my money will never again be wasted on incompetent people. Otherwise, I will be responsible for the proliferation of unscrupulous garages. They ruined my week and my weekend. Appalling!

They are entrusted with a vehicle and damage it without acknowledging their responsibility by blaming others. It's a disgrace. You are cowards. Take responsibility for your damages! I gave it one star and if it were possible I would have given none!!!! It's a shame that I can't contact the CEO to provide him with proof of the allegations and that would shed light on your actions....

Hello, I strongly advise you not to stop at this garage. Indeed, on September 6th I had an appointment for a quote for an exhaust gas leak at the EGR valve on my 2007 Master. The leak was located. 1 month later, still having no news of my truck, I decided to go to the garage. That's when he gave me a quote of €6,800. Not understanding, I examined the quote and then understood that he simply wanted to scam me. I asked to see my truck which was parked outside. I noticed that the entire top of the engine was dismantled except for the EGR valve. I went home and sent a registered letter in order to have an explanation with the workshop manager. He was informed and sent me a quote for €2,700. I asked to meet him, which he accepted. At the end of the appointment, I left with a quote for €2,000. I thought I was at the market and negotiated 1 kg of potatoes. I didn't accept his third quote and had my truck towed to a mechanic who repaired it for €700 for parts and labor. The mechanic pointed out that he had left the truck outside with the hood and engine open because there was water in the engine. Of course, all this with supporting evidence. I'm giving the cleaning lady one star.

Avoid+++ After 2 weeks, still NO diagnosis made, so I'm in great difficulty given that it was my work vehicle (and no way to take public transport). Even after these 2 weeks, the staff remained very vague about the deadlines and made no guarantees for the coming week! I had to have my vehicle removed and therefore pay for a tow truck again, only to then take it elsewhere, where everything was resolved within 24 hours (LJ Auto in Sartrouville, thanks to them by the way)!!! One star is the minimum to post, but otherwise I wouldn't have given one.
