I agree with what I've been reading about the quality of their toast recently. However, I've also read that the company isn't responding to customer complaints. I find this attitude distasteful. I'll send an email to customer service now and see if they're interested. If they don't respond, I'll mention this in the reviews and then thank them by purchasing another product from a competitor, which has now become similar and cheaper.

Unfortunately, we discovered the "Gusto è" sugar-free biscuits in a hospital setting. Since they're not available in large retailers, we decided to contact the factory because they were truly necessary for our diet. We ordered and paid for them on February 19th with an instant bank transfer. After a few days, we still haven't received a delivery, nor have we received a response to our various emails. So we contacted customer service, who told us to call in Verona. We called twice, and on both occasions, both the girl and Mrs. Patrizia were extremely rude and impolite, and completely lacking in empathy given the situation. The biscuits arrived on March 5th. I'm not complaining about the quality of the product, but about the brand image the company is trying to portray—truly terrible.

Even when I recently bought some 4-grain biscuits (healthy biscuits), I found them all crumbled, despite the packaging and internal packaging being in perfect condition. I wrote to their customer service, and they didn't even bother to respond. Ridiculous!
