ZERO STARS. I can't help but give one star, otherwise I would have given ZERO. It was a terrible experience. I'd seen a truck online that interested me because it had the ideal features for my job, and I stopped by to take a closer look. It had a drop-side bed without a lift and lower. So, after returning home to Potenza, a few days later (unfortunately, I had an accident and the truck I had was destroyed), after making an appointment with the seller, I purposely went back to Potenza with my trusted body shop to see if any modifications could be made and the lift and lower installed, because I urgently needed the truck by August. Once this was resolved, we went to the office, I negotiated a price with the owner, and stayed for the yes, but I just needed time to speak privately with the body shop to find out the extra cost I would have to face. All of this, namely going to Potenza with the body shop, had an impact on me: the trip, the body shop, and other things. So, after agreeing on everything with the owner, he had me speak to the person in charge of the leasing process. The lady (whom I won't mention) asked me for all the leasing documentation. I sent everything I had at the time from my cell phone, and she gave me her cell phone number so we could contact each other for any further information. The next morning, I sent more documentation through my consultant, and in the evening I asked this lady if the documentation was valid and if a deposit was needed to hold the truck until the leasing was approved. The lady told me the documentation was in order and that we should wait; she didn't say anything about the deposit. After a couple of days, I asked about the leasing again because I was in a hurry. The lady told me I should wait because it would take a few days, but that she would do her best to expedite the process. After a few days, I asked again, even asking if the delay was due to the deposit, and that there were no problems with the money, neither the deposit nor the down payment on the lease. I'm always told to wait because the leasing company needs a little more time, given that it's summer, holidays, etc. A few days later, I called again and they told me the truck was sold because I hadn't paid the deposit. ZERO SERIOUSNESS. They kept me as a backup because they probably already had another buyer they cared about more, but they thought it best to stall with me, so if they didn't close the deal with the other one, I was there as a backup. They got all my documents, intruding on my privacy just to make fun of me. I hope everyone never meets people like these. Everything is documented in the chats I've kept. It's their fault, I've only wasted time, and since I needed the truck by August, now it will be ready in October because it takes time to set up the truck the way I need it. I can't judge the repair shop because I've never set foot in it, but I'll never go into that dealership again. As far as I'm concerned, trustworthiness is another matter entirely. I'm also consulting a lawyer because they caused me considerable damage due to the delay.
