As drivers, we are very pleased with the service; Friendly, friendly staff! Despite reporting problems and ignorance and disregard from the manager; We came to the service center with a brake failure on a trailer (1 axle). As it turned out, everything needed to be replaced: Bearings, discs, pads, pressure plates, actuators, etc. Everything went very smoothly, even though it was a Volvo and Renault service center. After diagnosing the problem, they ordered the parts, everything was ready by the next morning, and they agreed to repair the trailer's brakes. Everything works as it should! 👍🏻👍🏻

Mixed experience. I called them because my battery had died in Freital (about 10 km from the workshop), and asked for a jump start. (Material costs €0, employee plus vehicle about 0.5 to 0.75 hours), so it was a reasonable risk. Since I'm not a customer there (and never will be), they refused to help me. I asked to pay the bill immediately in cash, but they said: No, that's not possible. The order was only accepted after I found a business partner who was a customer there. After this humiliation, it's clear to me that I won't consider a Volvo/Renault (not even an offer).
