I contacted the shop for a hydraulic pump drive, a part that can't be found because the bodywork wasn't done there (it's a Palfinger).
I contacted the workshop to make an appointment to replace the clutch. The workshop manager told me to wait 1 minute. I waited 30 minutes, hearing laughter in the office, only to be hung up on at the end.
And today I came in to order a rearview mirror glass, and they asked me what it felt like to act like an American, taking the part and paying for it without asking the price? I was already happy to pay €140 for a measly mirror glass! But this is the end of the world!
Service to avoid, staff who clearly don't care about customers, unless they're a major account...
