Professionals 10 Manuel, workshop manager, unbeatable as a person and as a professional, now Renault Trucks, some real scoundrels. I have a truck in the workshop for six weeks to change an engine and it is the third time that they have changed the delivery date to and it has been six weeks since I paid for it, otherwise they would not even place the order and the saddest thing now is that the answer is if you want to wait, wait, otherwise I will give you back your money and go away. What a fucking arrogance and lack of respect. If they had been clear, maybe I would have another one in its place or I would not be having problems with Acalia, we are the water maintenance services company in Vigo. A disservice. I am suffering.

Don't go to this garage unless you want to get robbed! My experience at this garage was horrible. They gave me an appointment for 9 a.m. and they didn't show up until 11:30 a.m. I was waiting there because I thought it would take them two hours at most. They charged me two hours to change the oil and filters on a van! And three hours to repair a window (it's still malfunctioning), put a couple of screws on the inside panel of the rear door, and connect a loose wire to the rear window fog lights. It sounds like a joke! But the joke was €640.20! The worst part is that they charged me for five hours of work, and on the report they said they started at 10 a.m., and they didn't start until 11:30 a.m.! Cheeky! The best part is that I was there and realized it when I went to pay. I told the boss, and he covered for the workers who were laughing and looking at me. Of course, they closed at noon, and I had to go eat and come back later. I waited from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for nothing! They called me at 4 p.m. to pick her up. They basically rob you in this garage! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially individuals like me.

I didn't like the way they served our customers. I was there at 8 and they contacted me at 12, and at 13 they went to eat, and in the afternoon it turned out they didn't have any parts. Everything else was ok.
