We had a problem with our Volvo XC90 and were travelling back home (still had 900km to drive) so we stopped in Ljubljana to get the car checked. We arrved at 8am on Monday at Volvo center and immediately were told they could not even see what the problem is, they have a lot of work and are unable to help us. When we explained that we are foreigners and have to get the car fixed they just said well there are other people waiting since last week for service you have to wait for a week. We left and went to other place where they fixed the car in 2hours. Would not recommend this place, obviously they choose which customers to help

My Experience at Volvo Car Center Ljubljana This March, I bought a used Volvo XC60, and one of the key factors in my decision was the one-year warranty (you never know what might happen with a used car). This warranty was a major reason I purchased the car there, and I also paid for the Gold Warranty Package. Until now, the car has been running perfectly without any issues, and I’ve been very satisfied with it. However, about a month ago, when I refilled the water for the windshield washer, I noticed a small hose leaking. I sent pictures of the issue to the Volvo dealer, and over the phone, they told me it was the AdBlue hose, which wasn’t dangerous and would be repaired under warranty. Today, when I visited the service center, everything seemed fine—until they asked me to pay for the repair. I explained that I had the Gold Package and reminded them of their assurance over the phone that this issue was covered under warranty. In the end, I had to pay the invoice. This was very unprofessional, and I want to warn others: don’t rely on their warranty promises when buying a car from them. I can’t imagine what would happen if I had a more serious and expensive issue with the car.

I prefer to bring my car all the way from Munich to be served and repaired by their competent Volvo personnel. The prices are considerably more reasonable than in Munich, the service professional and kind. I can only say good things. My next Volvo - I would rather buy from them too.

Incompetent by communicating. It easier to reach Holly Pope by phone than these guys on service station. But by the end of the day, they do they job as well as possible. Truck of patience recommended.
