I needed recovering and the job was not straight forward by any means. Andy (driver) went above and beyond to make the right decisions to get me and my RV home safely. I was struggling to find a garage to work on my tag axle motorhome found Mick Gould through a recommendation. So glad I did from first phone call to the completion of the work they couldn’t have been more helpful. I dealt mainly with Mark in the service department, what a pleasure so helpful top class customer service. When I picked up my vehicle Mark took time to go through all work completed. Will definitely use Mick Goulds again.

So impressed with the no nonsense approach. I phoned them up got a price, they were there stupidly fast. Nightmare spot to recover from, no moaning just got the job done in super quick time. Had my RV tested on Monday, had to wait a while as they were very busy even though I had a booking. But once in the bay it was a straightforward process.

Mick Goulds came out to me on Sunday evening after a road side tyre company came up with endless amount of excuses why he couldn't change the wheels even tho the problem was explained to him in detail by myself an hour before the estimated time a young lad turned up on behalf of Mick Gould in a low loader he had a quick assessment and in minutes my lorry was on the low loader chained down and ready to go great job thank you to all the guys at Mick Gould commercials 👍🏼
