Very polite, well-mannered and cool people. I just have no words, I'm delighted.

There was a problem during the delivery of the cargo, the air started to leak from the system very quickly, it was whistling behind the cabin, but the hoses were all intact, on the same day the technical department signed me up for the Volvo Truck Center Paris-Massy service to fix the problem. Upon arrival at the service, I went into the office and said in broken English that I was signed up for repairs. They accepted me immediately, told me to unhitch the trailer in a free place on the territory and remove unnecessary things from the cabin so as not to break the windshield when lifting the cabin. After that, I waited. Around 19.00 they drove my car into the garage and almost immediately found the cause, the cabin cushion was leaking air. Spare parts were found immediately and they quickly changed both cushions at once, by 21.00 everything was ready. The staff is friendly. There is a driver's room, a coffee machine, a toilet and a shower. Thanks to the guy for his speed and dexterity.

A top-notch team, welcoming and very responsive. Breaking down is no fun, but being helped by such an efficient team is a pleasure. Thank you for everything.

Truck brought for pads and discs and oil change, after 5 days I get the truck back! After 30 meters the pads are stuck, the oil filter is leaking oil, people not incapable of trying the vehicle who only think about drinking coffee all day long! It's unacceptable to see such a mess in a company like Volvo! After a 5-hour wait I was taken care of to redo what was botched! The only Volvo in France where it's a massacre! A company that has something to worry about for the future, workers who are constantly wandering around, Shame on you October 2025
