Incompetent to say from the start that they can't repair it, and then demanding an exorbitant amount of money for it, listing things on the invoice that should actually be included in the mechanic's hourly rate. For example, a broken part was discovered and listed separately on the invoice. I find that outrageous; I absolutely cannot recommend this garage.
