Terrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend this garage. I took my vehicle in for repairs and encountered a series of unacceptable practices. First, they didn't provide me with a written estimate beforehand, which is a basic consumer right. When I complained, I asked to see the invoices for the parts used, as I noticed clearly inflated prices. The garage flatly refused to show them, confirming my suspicions that they were charging far above the recommended retail price, which is completely illegal for a repair service, not a parts sales business. When I asked to speak to the manager, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, refusing to offer a solution or even address my complaint respectfully. I had to pay the full bill just to be able to take my car. To top it all off, when I tried to start it, the vehicle wouldn't start. The repaired area was dirty and full of work debris. They added two hours to the bill for checking fluids and lights, but the coolant reservoir was at the minimum (despite charging me for a 5L jug) and the license plate lights were still out. Furthermore, the oil level was over the recommended maximum, by more than a liter, which can damage the engine. A terrible experience that calls into question both the technical expertise and the business ethics of this establishment. In short, they're thieves.

After having waited for the workshop's response, today I make public my bad experience with them. On October 21, my car went to Ireauto 2000 SL to solve a problem that was covered by the warranty of the car company where I bought it, On the twenty-fifth of October, they notified the dealer where I bought it to come and look for it, which was already repaired. My surprise was that they had left the car parked on the street and the keys in a cafeteria without my authorization or consent, because supposedly I didn't have time to pick it up before the workshop closed. of the workshop is that they are not responsible since the car was on public roads but I come back and repeat that the car was taken onto public roads without my consent or my authorization, I make this public so that the same thing that happened to me happens to no one else.

The company is contacting us for an oil, oil filter, and air filter change for a commercial van. Due to company policy, since these vehicles are campervans, they don't accept these types of vehicles. DISCRIMINATION. For all of you who own campers, motorhomes, caravans, and the like, you know where you can't take them. Best regards.

I don't recommend it at all. Bad experience when I bought a car and the engine light came on three times and when they supposedly fixed it, it started again. My first problem was when I left the house. 5 minutes later the engine light came on, telling me I had insufficient engine oil. They reset it and when I got home after the reset, the light came on again. On Monday, they supposedly fixed it. I even asked three times if everything was okay and they told me yes, their technicians had tested it. When I got home, it started again. I asked for a replacement car and they told me they didn't have one, and they didn't replace the car or give me any solutions. I had to return the car. I attached two photos of when they supposedly fixed it.
