Got completely ripped off by this garage. We didn’t ask for a tow truck but received one anyway. Driver insisted no work could be done at roadside and the garage could help us. A 3.7km tow cost us €220 which is a complete scam. When we arrived at the garage they told us they couldn’t look at the van! The only nice thing that happened here was a very friendly Turkish driver helped us repair the van in the rain outside and we were able to leave. Thankfully we didn’t have to stay stranded in their car park all night. Absolutely terrible service, terrible staff and a complete scam for foreigners! This is NO way to treat guests in your country who have fallen out on hard times. Taking advantage of people is just nasty. Take a good look at yourselves and please try to be better people! Thank you again to the lovely Turkish truck driver showing these unkind people how to really behave like humans.

Back in the 1980s, my dad started servicing his Fiat trucks across the border in Italy at Mr. Fulvio Tofful’s place, and that went on for years thereafter. I remember meeting Mr. Fulvio and his son (I think Claudio?). One of the nicest and hardest working people I’ve ever met. Ciao from USA!

ALEX, THE SAVIOR. An angel sent from heaven, on a mid-August holiday with 40-degree temperatures and everything closed, with my insurance still having to resolve the problem from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Alex picked us up on the highway, took the car to the Tofful depot, and spoke with my insurance company, ensuring they activated their coverage, as he was able to confirm the minimum number of labor hours required to restore the vehicle. He'll take the car to a mechanic they know first thing Monday morning and drove me to the airport, managing to find me a replacement car after all the agencies affiliated with my insurance company said they unfortunately didn't have any available vehicles. I can say with certainty that if we hadn't met ALEX, we would have been in serious trouble. Thank you so much. WORKSHOP TOFFUL, congratulations on your choice. You have an absolute champion on your team. A true professional, as well as a wonderful person.

I called a tow truck to my house because my motorcycle was broken, and they were super helpful in scheduling an appointment. Alex picked me up, and he was really kind and professional, as well as being a great companion during the ride. A great experience.
