I'm not giving them a lower rating, as it's impossible. After buying a second-hand truck, we agreed that they needed to fix some defects in the vehicle. After many problems solving these problems, I had to take the vehicle out of their facilities without any of them being resolved. To this day, after more than six months, I'm still waiting for a door hinge. The after-sales service is disastrous; the next step will be to file a complaint from me, as they don't deserve anything less.
