One star because we can't give less, they're crooks and lazy. I'm changing the review since we can't respond when you get back home. So to put it simply, it was the director y D who swindled me (he's no longer there by the way...) and I sent an email to the parent company which I didn't get back ;). No point in trying to play the incomprehension card when they refuse to talk. I've kept all the evidence, so anyone who has ears to hear?

Certainly not professionals... They only do the minimum to keep things running... The comfort of the drivers comes far behind their own interests!!!
