Could not recommend this garage enough, as a small company with only 2 Lorries which are also items of plant, a breakdown can prove to be very costly indeed. For us the time the vehicle is unable to work has absolute catastrophic consequences both for our customers and for our potential to make a profit. This garage is not our usual garage and we came to them due to breaking down across the country. They have gone out of their way to keep us informed and get us back on the road. The pricing is incredibly fair (especially considering all that they achieve within the billed hours of labour!) Absolutely wonderful - if we were based closer I would be moving our Renault lorry maintenance contract to this garage! Special thanks to the manager Rich who I feel has gone above and beyond but who also is honest, trustworthy and keeps his word. In my experience of other Lorry garages these are increasingly rare qualities!

£130 An Hour LABOUR. 3- 4 MONTHS TO PUT AT A XLWB PANEL VAN RIGHT AT just short of £7000.00. OK so iv finally got my van back. And the review is going back up after being threatened by the management/owner. So here goes. HOPE THIS HURTS, AS THATS MY INTENTION. Nov 2023 I took a xlwb panel van to this company. WE NEEDED IVECO SPECIALIST, Excessive smoke and lack of throttle response. So had some egr and oil pipes replaced among other things at the cost of 2k. 3 weeks later, the police pull me over, looking at condemning the van due to excess smoke. I said excuse me iv just got the van back and cost me a lot of money. So rebooked for 3rd of Jan 2024. With south west and trucks in glos again So over the phone I tell them the symptoms and a guy called Jamie has said, yes sound like it your injectors. Over fuelling, No leak off test evidence provided. We talked about this and I said they got done 8 months ago. So I wasn't sure about this. But these guys are meant to be professionals so left it at that. And they done the injectors. Went to pick up. Paid prior to testing. Didn't even get it out there forcourt. VAN HASNT CHANGED. SO MONEY SPENT FOR NO REASON. Unfortunately I had paid this before testing the van. So I paid this and went to go to work, before realising the van is still the same way as I dropped it off. So 2k unnecessarily spent in injectors and pipes. Jan 3rd 2024 - upon further inspection from south west and trucks. Egr Itself is suspected. So replace that at another 2k with some more pipework, the van is still not responding trottlwise. Gone to collect and still the same. AGAIN. now had enough with management in glos. Dpf is now suspected, so Jamie had agreed to an account for us to sort the rest of the money. So I EMAILED the head office in Bristol and got through to a guy called Andy Passco, very accommodating at first. He assured me he would look into this and he did within a week or 2. I then get a call explaining I needed to have a new dpf. This company fitted one 2 years prior , guarantee has now ran out. Which I understood. To be fair, the response was good, he then went to glos depot and called me with the verdict. I said OK. I'm a lot of money into this now and I need it working so I can go to work. So Crack on with the work. As in need the van back ASAP. So 9th march 2024 comes, booking in for mot, as its due to run out. Get to around 8-9th march 2024 . It's ready to collect but we want paying of the 3k owed before we release. Iv used this firm for years. And got treated horrendously. Never asked for an account before. And got promised , that the account was OK to go ahead on the remaining 3k by Jamie. NO you can't have an account we want it up front in full. ITS TAKEN 3 MONTHS TO PUT THIS RIGHT AT JUST SHORT OF £7000.00 So now I'm an unhappy client, Andy passco has then called within 20 mins of me leaving a truthful review on this profile and told me to remove, otherwise he will put the bill to £4600.00. The girls in the office are very upset with this review, how would you like it if I left a review on your business. I was very shocked at this response. As I explained, if you used my services and I did you a bad service, your within your right. So I took the review down until I could afford to pay for it and get it away from this company. So iv now put the review back up for everyone to see. I will be reporting to trading standards, won't get my money back here. But maybe others have suffered too. And I wanted to report in case anyone else has ever had issues with this firm. This firm should not be allowed to run like this. And I think I'm due an a apology and some money back. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN ROBBED BY SOUTH WEST AND TRUCKS My advice find a decent company to look after your vehicles. P.s office staff seem very nice. But the manger of the glos depot (was jamie) and the main depot in Bristol ( andy passco). Need to learn some manners. I hope you learn from this post. As we will be posting on your other profiles too. And this time you can't threaten Me.

My experience of Iveco Daily id very poor I spnd thousends of pounds on an Iveco Daily I try & order parts for my van after a month Iveco Daily Glocestershire states my Parts are stuck in Customs. I checked with Customs & Excisize they said most Items take 3 days to go through one end of Customs & 3 to go through British Customs & Excessize & up to 2 days processing the order which ties in with inport & exports I do this points to Iveco Daily miss leading or lying to me. They are not happy that I will not inpoly them for £150.00 an hour to do the reports I have my own micanics that works on my vans. Iveco Daily is minoplizing parts by acting under unfair compitition because of the Pitents I cannot get the Iveco parts through my normal dealer. This is a Deliber Act by Iveco I booked my van in twice for Service now recently for an MOT this had to be canceiled on 08/08.2024 due to incompitent behaviour from Iveco they show a complete disregard for customer care I asked to make a formal complant the member of staff did not process my complaint I have never known a company so disordered & not providing a parts for vans this is very Poor busness practices I told them I was going to wright a review of disorderly Busness Practices I am unsatified with Ivico general attitude & miss management of Cusomers orders blaiming it on Customs & Exciseze when it is Rubish

A very disappointing Interaction to be honest. I was quoted for a job and they did not change the part they quoted for but instead changed a different part, no communication to see if I would like the other part changed but in the words of their mechanic " what's the problem your bills cheaper than it was going to be", also changed 2 X bulbs without being informed prior to the bill at the tune of £42. Not recommended

Every time I come to South west truck Iam always made to feel so welcome the girls always ask if id Like a cup of coffee .and everyone in the office are always so helpful. Jolly and pleasant .many thanks to carol ,Chantelle, Jayde and Bryan.
