At Renault Trucks in Aubagne, batteries are not guaranteed... Truck batteries costing €280 each normally carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Be careful, if you buy from them, you don't benefit from the legal warranty... Run away! For your information, I obviously have the invoice. I didn't provide it because the message was clear: "WE HAVE NO LONGER GUARANTEED BATTERIES FOR 1 MONTH, BY ORDER OF MANAGEMENT."

My truck has been in the shop since August 17th, today is September 11th and... still hasn't started, it's still unacceptable! If I hadn't paid €900 to have it towed to your place, I would have taken it out! In August, I can understand that it's the holidays, but today is September 12th and they haven't even started it! The reason? They don't have any mechanics available!! It's my work tool and I've refused at least twenty repairs! Usually satisfied, this is the first time they've done something like this to me!
