Very expensive diagnostic – not happy with the experience I went to this garage with my Renault Master for a diagnostic check. Initially, they told me the cost would be £300 for two hours of diagnostic work. I told them that the price was too high and that I wasn’t happy with it — especially since I had been on site the whole time and knew that the vehicle was in their hands for no more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. After I pointed this out, they reduced the cost to £240, but even that still feels extremely expensive for a simple diagnostic. I feel like they tried to overcharge me at first and only changed the price after I questioned it. This kind of practice doesn’t give me confidence or trust in their service. I won’t return and I don’t recommend them based on this experience. 👉 On top of that, I’ve had other issues in the past every time I visited them — but I’ve always been polite and chose to let things go. This time, however, I honestly feel financially taken advantage of. Charging that much just for diagnostics is completely unreasonable.

Really really a bad garage girl on reception is very helpfull but the mechanics are poor they break things and then don't admit responsibility
