Shameful!!!
I arrived at 8 a.m., having a Renault France maintenance contract, with a Webasto heater that had broken down overnight.
The service advisor told me to make an appointment and that he couldn't do anything. PERIOD.
No compassion (1°C overnight), no effort whatsoever...
PS: I had my Webasto repaired a few hours later at another dealership, which was much more difficult to deal with, and without an appointment, which just goes to show...

A garage? Not really... you break down, but you have to make an appointment, so you have to know in advance that you're going to break down 😅 Great! Oh well, we'll find a pharmacy, maybe that could help us out better 🤷🏻♂️
