Overall, good service. I called several times to arrange shipping, and they always answered promptly, except early in the morning (I'm not sure if the office opens later than the warehouse). It's a shame there was a major misunderstanding regarding the shipping, but in the end, it arrived in excellent condition, and that's the important thing. Another flaw is that they told me they'd use a dark nylon, but they ended up using a transparent one, which they placed a bit haphazardly. They can (and I hope they will) improve to offer better service. The staff, however, were very friendly, both on the phone and in the warehouse (and the delivery person).

I called several times due to the delays in shipping, they kindly explained to me that we had not yet received the goods as they only deal with last mile distribution and that they do not make the lines from the various Hubs by sending photographic evidence. The owner contacted me daily until the shipment arrived, delivering the shipment on the same day. Very kind

Unprofessional company today the courier was 8km from my town and went back to Catania again and they estimated the delivery for Wednesday without words delivery expected today written by l'oro I lose a day of work waiting for them and what does the courier do 8km from me goes back without words
