I arrived at this garage with a breakdown; the staff were very friendly and competent. The problem was fixed, and the employee explained everything perfectly.

Leitl & Co. needed almost 6 hours of labor to service my John Deere lawn tractor (300 operating hours)! The reason given: a spring needed replacing. I also wanted a service record/entry in the service booklet, or at least detailed information about the work performed. This was personally refused by the managing director; apparently, it's too much effort for a €10,000 lawn tractor!? I did get a discount of about 10%, but that's not why I go to an authorized John Deere dealer. Disappointing! I'll unfortunately have to find a new dealer.
