Completely unprofessional. Following the estimate and the start of work on my vehicle, the head mechanic contacted me because the central locking in the cab was no longer working, the lock cylinder was spinning freely, and they wanted to charge me for opening the door. I pointed out that the lock and central locking were working when the truck was dropped off and this wasn't noted on the vehicle's condition report. I replied OK, not asking if they had changed the battery in the remote so as not to be rude. When I picked up my vehicle, the road noise was still there despite the €150 estimate and the €1600 repair cost. They took the vehicle back, corrected their mistakes, and returned it to me the following week. (During the initial test drive, the team leader was understanding, unlike the workshop manager, who was less honest.) After getting my vehicle back, I decided to change the battery myself, just in case they hadn't already done so. The magic happened and the central locking is working after they changed the battery in the remote! How can they claim to be professionals specializing in my car's brand and not even start by testing the central locking remote's battery when it's not working? After that, the head mechanic told me they'd already given me gifts...(???) When all they did was cover up their mistakes in diagnosis, repair, and vehicle testing... And he refuses to reimburse me for the car door unlocking service they charged me for, even though testing the remote's battery would have solved the problem! Furthermore, I found another broken screw, which wasn't diagnosed, repaired, or even noticed, even though it was only 30 cm from where they were working. (Engine mount) They're there to diagnose the loose ground strap and try to charge you for this outdated repair. But for a missing screw, visible in the engine compartment 30cm from where they're working, they're nowhere to be found. And when it comes to testing the battery in the central locking system, suddenly no one's around; they immediately offer to charge you for unlocking the door! You can see that it's much more profitable for them to charge for unlocking a door than for a battery that costs less than €2 at a photo shop! A word to the wise... PS: I had to give one star, but this establishment doesn't deserve any!!! Avoid it! It's nothing like the professionals at the Renault Truck garage in Bayonne who actually know what they're doing, and it shows in the bill and the quality of service!

Professional welcome and service for the maintenance or purchase of utility vehicles, big downside the direct view of teams who are pulling each other's legs and also the administrative side which takes more time than the repair of your vehicle...
