Very bad experience. From the start, the workshop manager clearly showed that he didn't appreciate vehicles still under warranty. I took a 20m3 truck in for a diagnostic, without knowing the cause of the problem. As a result, I was told that the driver had put ethanol in instead of AdBlue. I received a quote of €4,000. Far too high, I decided to take the vehicle back without repairs. So far, so good. But then I was presented with a bill of over €600 for a simple diagnostic, which I found excessive. And the worst part: the workshop manager took the vehicle home that evening and drove nearly 200 km under the pretext of a "test drive." The vehicle was supposed to stay in the garage! No authorization given, no transparency, excessive charges, and more than questionable behavior.

I arrived unexpectedly with a bus that had broken down due to a serious problem, leaving the passengers stranded in an extremely emergency situation. The Iveco Bus staff greeted me immediately without a reservation and worked immediately to resolve the issue. With great professionalism and a reassuring smile, they identified and permanently fixed the problem in just a few hours, even though it was quite complicated. This allowed us to get back on the road. I highly recommend them for any type of service. Excellent, professional, honest, prompt, and excellent, excellent, excellent.
