Very competent, friendly, and always striving to serve customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. We've been to Braun several times now for service and repairs, and we've been completely satisfied each time. Communication is still excellent. Parts procurement is quick and uncomplicated.

Super approach, the receiving technician, a human approach, solved the Iveco problem of charging the batteries, they measured everything OK, Ivetka, the Italian, probably got a little cold shock after 2 years and went crazy 👍

I called Monday morning and got an appointment the same day. I didn't have to wait long and was greeted and looked after in a friendly manner. Unfortunately, they couldn't continue my care because a third party prevented it. Nevertheless, I would like to sincerely thank Braun for their efforts. Sincerely, Andy
