Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to express my deep disappointment with the service and the costs imposed by your workshop. You brought our vehicle to your workshop for a diagnosis. I regret to say that the cost of the work performed far exceeded my expectations. The bill amounted to over CHF 800, which I consider disproportionate. Furthermore, I was extremely annoyed that I was additionally charged almost CHF 600 for 11 months of parking space rental on a gravel lot. I find it unacceptable that I have to bear such high costs for a period in which the vehicle was simply parked in a gravel parking lot that obviously offers no particular value. Despite my polite request for a concession regarding the parking space rental after I had already paid over CHF 1,400 for a service, this was not honored. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I will certainly not recommend your garage to anyone. As a customer, I expect adequate service at a fair price.
