Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to express my deep disappointment with the service and the costs charged by your garage. You brought our vehicle to your garage for a diagnostic check. To my regret, I found that the cost of the work performed far exceeded my expectations. The bill came to over CHF 800, which I consider disproportionate. Furthermore, I was extremely annoyed that I was also charged almost CHF 600 for 11 months of parking in a gravel lot. I find it unacceptable that I should have to bear such high costs for a period during which the vehicle was merely parked in a gravel lot that obviously offers no particular value. Despite my polite request for a reduction in the parking fee after I had already paid over CHF 1,400 for a service, this was not granted. This experience has deeply disappointed me, and I will certainly not recommend your garage. As a customer, I expect adequate service at fair prices. The fact that I was left with such dissatisfaction and a significant financial loss is unacceptable. Sincerely, T.
