Well, I called 112 and the cleaning lady did come in 45 minutes, but to top it all off, they confiscated the tractor-trailer's paperwork and made me follow them to the dealership to pay. It's 50 km each way; I don't think it's normal that they're so behind on collecting payments. This is grounds for a complaint. Besides, we got here and it was closed, so we had to wait another hour and a half for them to open. Damn it! They open at 2 PM. And what about unloading?

Human staff 😎 are not there to ruin you but to help you because if you are there it is because you are either in trouble or by choice. But in any case they will be there to help you 😉

The new mechanic, Pierre, is completely incompetent and unpleasant to boot. I felt like I was bothering him, and he told me all sorts of nonsense about my truck, which had been repaired elsewhere. I could have done without it. I'm not sure I'll be back if people like that are hired.
