My vehicle, practically new (30,000 km), was sent in for servicing. The result: €678 because Renault Trucks takes the liberty of replacing parts without informing the customer. That's how it works at Renault Trucks Bayonne. That's an expensive oil and filter replacement! If their goal is to rip off locals, we'll make sure they get the word out. Avoid them at all costs.

They're crooks! I worked there. You buzz in the work order, they bill for hours while you're waiting outside the pit for a spot to open up. Between that and the markups on the parts, I don't recommend this place.
