I picked up a truck on Friday, April 5, 2019, for Rave Transport. The reception was impeccable, but the garage cleanliness should be avoided. I used three cloths, and it's still dirty. I spent two hours of my Saturday cleaning. It doesn't make me want to drive. Monday morning, they charge you over €1,000 per week. You can use a cloth, at least. I have photos. Honestly, if you want to know the level, I drove to Hoerdt with the gang...

Very serious staff who take the trouble to find a solution, not like at Renault Illkirch where they don't follow up on your request and when you come, they quickly send you off to do the research even though there is no one in the spare parts department.
