The staff was friendly. I had a problem with the AdBlue system on the road. Assistance sent me here. I'm happy with the service. I would have liked a designated waiting room. I had to wait in the lobby, on a sofa (two and a half hours). Overall, it was good.

Renault Trucks Brumath. Always a warm welcome, both staff and professionals. A good team is in place, and it shows.
However, the premises still have some room for improvement; both the reception area and the workshop could do with a refresh to provide greater comfort for both staff and customers. I recommend it. 👍

Great welcome, clean garage, old-school mechanics who were able to teach me lots of little things about my old Berliet: I know why I go to Renault to have my Renault serviced.
