After a 50A fuse blew on my Renault Master van, I went to Renault Trucks Montmorillon, expecting them to replace the fuse and charge me for the part and labor, around €200 maximum. To my great surprise, I received a bill for €1570, including 12 hours of troubleshooting, even though the problem had already been identified. Despite the theft of approximately €1370, I was powerless to do anything and had to pay the bill to get my vehicle back. How is it possible to charge and steal such a large sum? Nothing justifies these hours of troubleshooting. 12 HOURS!!!! I advise the public to be very careful and avoid this garage because I am certain they are thieves and this case will end up in court. To post this message, I had to select one star, but of course, it's zero stars.
