First of all, the staff was very friendly and competent. They easily deserve 5 stars. We had engine trouble with our motorhome and had to be towed off the highway because the ADAC (German Automobile Club) isn't allowed to operate there. The company wanted a whopping €1,000 just for the approximately 7 km! Then they charged an additional €70 for each day of downtime. To me, that's a rip-off at its finest. As I said, the staff was very friendly and helpful!
