I went yesterday afternoon to have some ice put on the left rearview mirror of my aerial work platform. At reception, the person at reception was very friendly and the mechanic who took charge of my vehicle was friendly, responsive and efficient. I didn't have time to drink a coffee because they were quick to do the job. They are very professional.

Hello, I went to Renault Trucks about a month ago following a breakdown. Renault Truck gave us a quote for the operation amounting to 3278.88 including tax, the price of the calipers sold at 411.54 excluding tax, while we bought them for 70 euros excluding tax. We left with the truck and repaired it ourselves for the damned sum of 500 euros. Companies have to make money, of course, but selling parts for 6 times the purchase price is not an exaggeration.

We thought we were going to meet mechanics but we met crooks... we thought the cooling hose was damaged because the liquid was leaking onto the ground, in the end the mechanic took 20 minutes to tell us it was the heating valve, ok, quick and efficient, get to the cash register, 98€ for 20 minutes of work, 294€ per hour, it's shameful without even a repair just for a "checkup" and tell us to run the heating on full blast so as not to lose liquid, in the middle of summer.
