Having changed the battery in my Dacia Stepway I needed to reset the radio. Unfortunately there was no code provided in any of my papers, so I had to go to my nearest Renault dealer in Arinaga. Christian was extremely helpful and resolved my problem very quickly. Many thank Christian ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I took my car in for an official inspection, and the service was excellent. The attention was very friendly, and the service was fast, as a mechanic was already working on the car while I was processing the inspection.

I'm giving it one star because without it I can't write a review. On Tuesday, August 26, a call was made to fix a sliding door that won't close. They said we should bring it in on Wednesday for a body shop to look at. That same day, the car won't start. They agreed to look at it as well. Days go by, and they don't finish fixing it until the following Tuesday, despite our insistence that we need the car. On Thursday, my husband takes the battery to them to speed things up, since that's why it wasn't supposed to start. And now they say the starter motor is also broken and they won't be able to do anything that same day (it was in the morning). So we had to find another garage to install the starter motor. The next day, the car, with the starter motor replaced, wouldn't start. It turned out it wasn't the battery or the starter motor. It was a €10 relay. And I spent €210 without the relay. Just the part that wouldn't start. Now, regarding the sliding door parts. The door now closes, but it won't open from the inside, even though it did before we brought it in. They left the carpet and door stained with Sikaflex. A real disaster. Total disappointment with this workshop. I definitely won't be back.
