Renault Trucks Saintes: A place to avoid because the workshop managers treat you like an idiot. You confirm your quote over the phone because you can't get it back to them by email. The manager tells you it's OK, and when you bring the vehicle in, the other guy tells you it's not OK, there's a 3-week delay. When you don't want to work, you can stay home!!!!!!
