While on vacation in France with my family, coming from Belgium, I had a major problem: a puncture in one of my tires was letting air out quickly, making the situation urgent; I was at risk of breaking down on the side of the road. I ultimately had to replace both front tires. Several garages were unwilling or unable to help me... until I arrived here. And then I met Servane, an extraordinary person. She took my situation to heart as if it were her own. With rare kindness and a genuine desire to help, she did everything she could to find a solution. It warms my heart to see that there are still people like her. Thanks to her and the equally professional and efficient mechanics, we were able to leave quickly.
