We were referred to the towing service through AvD. They were supposed to arrive within two hours and take our vehicle to the garage. After waiting for almost three hours, I called ABK. The message was a simple: I hadn't accepted the job. No communication whatsoever.

Very prompt and professional help! I'm absolutely thrilled; it couldn't have been better. The communication, both on the phone and in person, was very friendly and courteous. Of course, you hope you'll never need a tow truck again, but when it comes to Krüger, it's a shame.

One Saturday, one of my car's tires lost pressure. When I stopped, I discovered it had a puncture. The staff at ABK Krüger reacted quickly, towed the car, and then repaired the tire so I could continue my journey. They were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them. This review refers to Mr. Krüger's behavior on the phone and towards me. I had to ask on behalf of the customer why a vehicle had to be parked in Vilsbiburg for 3 days before it could be transported to Munich. "I shouldn't hold up the line," "I can pick up the car myself," "What the hell am I asking?" and "where did you even get that number from?" were just a few of the comments. I know how to behave on the phone. However, Mr. Krüger didn't give me a chance to conduct the conversation calmly and objectively. The driver who finally delivered the vehicle was friendly and professional. The reviews here may speak a different language, but I stand by my word and thought long and hard about whether to write mine.
